I loved the idea of sequins on her tail, but couldn't make them fit nicely. I love color so I decided to make the sequins the water. This is an awesome stamp set that is on trend. I love it! It has 3 mermaids! Yes, 3 which gives me a lot of opportunities to play and color. I have a mixed media style, so it was hard for me not to add tons of other items, I wanted the sky and water to be simple and the stamp to speak for itself, a departure from what I normally do, vintagey with lots of layers!
